Andy Sparks joined Team IP in 1995. He is the Vice President. Andy is responsible for the logistics and blueprints for all events that Team IP represents.

Andy is a graduate of IRCC with a Bachelor of Science degree. His original plan to pursue the medical field was detoured to Team IP when the opportunity arose for him to develop a new entity, Event Marketing. Andy's love and experience in sports is demonstrated in his enthusiasm for his job.

Andy was born in Connersville, Indiana and moved to South Florida with his family at age five. He is married to his wife, Leslie and has two children, Haley and Jackson. When he is not working, Andy likes to golf, watch any sporting event, and visit Las Vegas!
